Speedaf Logistics

Speedaf Tracking allows customers to monitor their parcels in real time from dispatch to final delivery. With the 2026 update, the tracking system has become more accurate and user-friendly, giving instant updates on shipment location, transit stages, and estimated delivery times. Whether you’re sending or receiving a package, this guide helps you easily understand how to check your shipment status and stay informed at every step of the delivery journey.

Where to Find Your Speedaf Tracking Number

Most buyers get their tracking number in the shipping confirmation email from AliExpress, SHEIN, or their seller  usually within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can also find it in the “My Orders” section of whichever platform you ordered from. On AliExpress, look under Order Details Logistics Information.

Speedaf uses a specific format for its tracking numbers: two letters followed by nine digits and ending with one to two letters  for example, MA123456789R. The first two letters often reflect the destination country’s code. If you’re in Pakistan, your number may start with PK; Nigerian shipments commonly start with NG. Some partner platforms like AliExpress may also link a secondary reference number to the same shipment

What Every Speedaf Tracking Status Actually Means

What Every Speedaf Tracking Status Actually Means

This is where most guides stop too early. They’ll say “In Transit means your package is moving”  which tells you nothing useful when you’ve been staring at that status for nine days.

Shipment Information Received / Pre-Advised Speedaf has the electronic label data but hasn’t physically scanned the parcel yet. This status means Speedaf has received the electronic details about your shipment but may not have the physical package yet.  It can sit here for 24–48 hours. Normal.

Shipment Picked Up / Received The parcel is physically in Speedaf’s network. This is the real start of the journey.

In Transit / Departed Origin / Arrived at Facility This is a broad status indicating your package is moving within the Speedaf network  it could be on a truck, a plane, or moving between sorting facilities. It doesn’t necessarily mean it’s moving at that exact moment, but it’s progressing toward the destination.

Held at Customs / Customs Clearance For international shipments, this means the package is undergoing customs clearance procedures. This is the most anxiety-inducing status  and also the most common reason tracking goes dark. See the next section for exactly what to do.

Delivery Attempted / Exception An issue occurred during delivery — recipient unavailable, incorrect address, or access problem. Speedaf will usually re-attempt delivery or provide instructions.

Why Your Speedaf Tracking Isn’t Updating (And What to Do)

Tracking can go silent during customs processing  sometimes for days or even weeks — and this is normal for international shipments. The package isn’t lost. It just hasn’t hit a scan point yet. Long-haul air freight between China and West Africa or South Asia can cover thousands of miles without a single recorded checkpoint.

The real problem is knowing when silence becomes a red flag.

Silence that’s normal

  • 2–5 days with “In Transit” on domestic routes
  • 5–10 days with “In Transit” on international routes
  • 3–7 days showing “Customs Clearance”  especially in Nigeria, Pakistan, and Morocco where import volumes are high

Silence that warrants action

  • No update for more than 10 business days on an express shipment
  • Estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 days
  • Status hasn’t changed since “Departed Origin” and it’s been over 2 weeks

I’ve seen conflicting data on this  some third-party tracking sites suggest contacting support after 7 days of silence, others say 14 days for international shipments. My read: for Pakistan and Nigeria specifically, 10 business days with no update is the right threshold before escalating, given documented congestion at those customs hubs.

What to actually do

  • Wait 24–72 hours after the last status update before panicking. Tracking may pause during customs clearance, long-distance transit, or weekends  wait 24–72 hours for updates before contacting support.
  • Try 17TRACK or TrackingMore  they sometimes show intermediate scan events the official site skips.
  • Contact your seller on AliExpress with your order number and ask them to raise a case with Speedaf directly.
  • If you’re in Pakistan: Speedaf Pakistan customer support can be reached at +92 311 118 7654  this number also serves as their WhatsApp contact.
  • For other countries, contact the Speedaf regional support team via speedaf.com  select your country to get the correct number.

Country-by-Country Delivery Times What to Realistically Expect

Most articles give a single vague range like “7–24 days.” That’s not useful. Here’s the actual breakdown by destination:

Speedaf’s estimated delivery times from China are: Morocco and Algeria  7 to 24 days; Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda  13 to 24 days.

Air Express services to Africa and the Middle East typically take 5 to 10 working days including customs clearance; sea freight options can take 30 to 50 days; and once a shipment clears customs and reaches the destination country, local delivery usually takes 24 to 72 hours.

For Pakistan specifically: international shipments generally take anywhere from 7 to 20 business days, with customs clearance being the primary variable.

Speedaf Tracking is an online parcel tracking system that helps users check the real-time status of their shipments by entering a tracking number. It allows customers to see the current location and delivery progress of their parcel. It is useful for both local and international deliveries and provides regular shipment updates. Overall, Speedaf Tracking makes parcel monitoring easy, fast, and convenient.
